Free Burger Promotion – Terms & Conditions

 

• Promoter

 

The promoter is Fat Hippo Group Ltd (“Fat Hippo”).

 

• Eligibility

 

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Fat Hippo, Paramount Pictures UK, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

 

• Promotion Period

 

The promotion will run in restaurant from 26 December 2025 until 02 January 2026 inclusive,  during normal opening hours of participating Fat Hippo locations.

 

• Participating Locations

 

The promotion is available at 14 participating Fat Hippo UK restaurants, subject to availability. 

 

• How to Participate

 

To take part, customers must attend a participating Fat Hippo restaurant in person during the promotion period and present a valid cinema ticket stub (physical or digital) which:

• Clearly shows the film title The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants; and
• Confirms that the film has already been attended and viewed at the cinema.
• Tickets for future or un-attended screenings will not be accepted. 

 

 

• Offer Details

 

• The first 50 eligible customers per location will receive one free burger.
• A maximum of 700 free burgers will be available across all locations. 
• The offer is limited to one free burger per person.

 

 

• Menu Restrictions

 

The free burger is valid only on the following two in-house specials:

• Lost Burger of the Underworld
• Seaquest Supreme

The offer includes burger only and excludes sides, drinks, extras, swaps or upgrades.

 

• No Voucher / No Return Visit

 

This promotion is not a voucher and must be redeemed at the time of visit within the promotional period. No alternative date, takeaway voucher, credit or replacement offer will be provided.

 

• Proof of Purchase

 

Cinema tickets must clearly display the film title The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants and a showing  . Fat Hippo reserves the right to refuse the offer where tickets are invalid, altered or unclear.

 

• Availability

 

The promotion operates on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. Once the 50 free burgers at a location have been claimed, the offer will no longer be available at that site.

 

• General

 

• The offer has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or sold.
• Fat Hippo reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Fat Hippo’s decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.

 

 

• Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
